Are You Ready?

If you were given 1 million pesos, what would you do with it?

We always here that question.

Some say, 'Oh, that's easy!. Will give 10% as tithes to the church, 10% to buy some stuffs, 20% I will give to my parents, 10% to my siblings, and the 50% will go to my bank account as my savings.'

We've seen lots of people winning the lotto, or winning lots of money in game shows, but most often, lots of those winners don't seem to be ready administering such amount of money.

The bible gives very interesting facts to support the idea that in the end times, the wealth will be transferred from the hands of the sinners to the hands of the righteous. Why? Because the gospel MUST be preached to all nations (Matthew 24:14). And in order to do this, we really need a lot of resources.

So that gives us a firm belief that believers will be blessed tremendously in order for them to support the works of the church.

But some may ask- 'Aren't the blessings and money already in the hands of the rich? How many christians belong to such groups as the elites and the rich?'

However, the bible speaks the truth. Proverbs 13:22 says: the wealth of the sinners is stored of for the righteous. Eclessiastes 2:26 states: to the sinner He gives the work of gathering and collecting, that He may give to him who is good before God.

How will God do it? We may not know, and we may not understand. But certain situations will definitely arise and happen in order for this word to come alive and happen. Such as what happened with the downfall of US economy in 2008. And as former Senator and Presidential aspirant John McCain once said: "This foundation of our economy, the American worker, is strong but it has been put at risk by the greed and mismanagement of Wall Street and Washington."

God is shaking the heavens and the earth in order to put things in place in accordance with His purposes and plans. The greedy are now being shaken and exposed. The wealth is now slowly being readied to be distributed to the proper hands.

But can God trust us to be the stewards of His wealth? Are we ready?
